Straight Ahead

I really liked this rotation as I like making stuff not on a computer and I hadn’t really tried hand-drawn stop motion before. I liked straight ahead because I didn’t have to think about it too hard so it produced something quite unique and weird and I liked how you just focused on one drawing at a time so it could go anywhere.

For this cloud water drop scene its sort of a combination of straight-ahead and pose-to-pose because I didn’t physically plan out the video like pose-to-pose but I knew what was going to happen, the beginning/middle/end etc.

Pose-to-pose

Pose-to-pose definitely takes more brain power to plan out the in-between scenes and how its going to transition between each key scene.
